SOLARDO: OUR RESIDENCY AT USHUAÏA HAS BEEN A DREAM.
Thank you for this interview, we are going to try to do something different, so that people get to know you beyond your musical side. before starting, How was this crazy summer 2022?
This summer has been amazing! It had been a while since we’ve been able to travel and do shows like we’ve done this year, our residency at Ushuaïa has been a dream and we’ve also got the chance to play some of the best festivals in the world… We really couldn’t have asked for a better summer. It’s definitely the most tired we’ve ever been but it’s all worth it.
How is it to be in Ushuaia Ibiza every week? What does it mean to you?
It’s beyond words can describe, to us, having the chance to play every week with Camelphat in front of the Ushuaïa crowd has been one of the best experiences this year. This residency really means a lot to us after the past two years.
Solardo’s Adidas & Pearls’ with Vintage Culture & LOWES has been a smash festival this summer. How did this meet come about?
Yes, it’s crazy! We sent LOWES a production idea over Instagram during the lockdown, they liked it and started working on it as well. It all came together so smoothly that we knew it was going to be something special. It took us some time to release it but we’re really happy to see the response we’re getting!
