Across their Friday Foundations parties, Saturday sessions and mid week gigs, Patterns ensures all tastes of underground dance music are catered to in their truly versatile programming. For those who have an appetite for all things bass, grime, jungle, garage, rap, DnB, afrobeats, and global sounds, the in-house Foundations parties cater for a diverse, on point, and sonically robust audience. Launching everyone into summer we have Borai mastermind behind dance banger Make Me; a selector whose record box swings from all spectrums of bass such as breaks, jungle and techno. Across the season Soulecta, Modula, Arthi, Tommy Farrow and more join to explore club sonics, plus in the true summer spirit, Foundations will be hosting a special Carnival party to get everyone in the spirit.
Each and every Saturday, Patterns hosts some of the most influential individuals in house, techno, disco and more to their basement space, starting this season we have seasoned minimal sonic provider Sugar Free on the 8th July. Also appearing this season we have genre extraordinaires Dusky bringing bass to the basement. Legend Leon Vynhall will also be taking to the decks later in the season to deliver a dynamic set in percussive house and techno.
As Autumn begins and the leaves fall, the club will be continuing to deliver the heat by hosting 23 degrees, a party catering to all bass, garage and underground sonic cravers. Disco daddy and early 80’s electro pioneer Greg Wilson will also be entering the basement and for the rest of the disco divas Fleetmac Wood are hosting the Wild Heart Disco. Coco Bryce will also be doing what he does best, in delivering bone rattling breaks chopped with contemporary jungle. As the temperature drops, Patterns programming will keep up the momentum with Dub-step envisionary Kai Campos.
Patterns will also be hosting not one, but two special pride parties celebrating the queer community. Part one welcomes the viral horsegiirl alongside DJ Mimi and underground trailblazer Marie Malarie. Part 2 features Polari Records curator Cormac bringing everything home alongside Prosumer. These two special parties will make the perfect post pride boogie spots or as stand alone fiestas to be putting into your pride agenda.
Without a doubt Patterns has cooked up a season of fun, music and talent that ensures a little bit of something for everyone. Do not miss out on the only place to be this summer.
