GLOBAL UNDERGROUND TO CELEBRATE ITS 30TH ANNIVERSARY IN IBIZA WITH TWO DAYS OF MUSIC AT 528 IBIZA AND CAFÉ DEL MAR.

Global Underground will celebrate 30 years with a special two-day event in Ibiza on October 1 and 2. The programme will be split between 528 Ibiza and Café del Mar, bringing together several artists closely connected to the label and the progressive house scene.

The first day takes place on Thursday, October 1, at 528 Ibiza. Deep Dish and Guy J will headline the event, with Dave Seaman, Patrice Bäumel and James Zabiela also on the bill. Music will begin in the Garden Amphitheatre before moving inside to the club later in the night. The line-up also reflects Global Underground’s long-running relationship with some of its best-known artists. Deep Dish return following GU49 Dublin, while Guy J recently fronted GU48 Cordoba. Dave Seaman and Patrice Bäumel are also among the names closely associated with the label’s catalogue.

The anniversary celebrations continue on Friday, October 2, at Café del Mar. Lloyd Barwood will feature on the second day, with the event built around the Ibiza sunset before continuing indoors until late. A single ticket will give access to both events, presented by Global Underground in collaboration with 909 and WAV Liverpool. The two-day programme marks the label’s return to Ibiza as it celebrates three decades in electronic music.
