SONNY FODERA MAKES HISTORY AS HE SELLS OUT THE UK’S LARGEST INDOOR ARENA.
Since first emerging from Australia’s club scene more than a decade ago, globally renowned, London-based DJ, producer and label head Sonny Fodera has carved out his own lane, shaping modern house music with a groove-driven, emotive sound that resonates with millions worldwide. With his foot still firmly on the pedal, he closes 2025 with his biggest run of headline shows to date – including sold out arena dates in Glasgow, Cardiff and Manchester.
In a historic moment at Co-Op Live in Manchester, Fodera became the first DJ ever to sell out the UK’s largest indoor venue. 20,000 fans travelled from across the UK and beyond, turning the momentous show into a full-scale celebration of Fodera’s indisputable imprint on the industry and spotlighting one of the strongest artist communities in modern dance music. The culmination of the event’s production quality, mass crowd energy and sheer magnitude, solidified Fodera’s Co-Op Live debut as a career-defining benchmark.
“This show was definitely one of the biggest moments of my life.” Fodera said, “Playing to over 20,000 people in the largest arena in the UK was absolutely crazy. The atmosphere was amazing and to see everyone dancing, even in their seats, was something I will never forget.”
The acclaimed DJ-producer, label head, and in-demand collaborator has cemented himself as a defining name in the scene with major tracks such as ‘Someday’ and ‘Asking’ and collaborations with the likes of MK and Calvin Harris. Alongside the global impact of his releases, Fodera has evolved into a true international headliner. His 2025 touring run has been massive: curating and headlining a 20,000-capacity takeover at Silverworks Island in London, delivering major sets at Tomorrowland, Longitude Festival, and Creamfields, completing an 18-week residency at Pacha Ibiza, and selling out headline shows across Australia.
With 2026 on the horizon, Sonny’s year is already shaping up to be huge. He’s confirmed as a Creamfields headliner, slated for a mainstage slot before Kasabian at TRNSMT, and gearing up to debut his Malta festival, Somedays, boasting a huge lineup including MK, Armand Van Helden, DJ EZ, and others.
