2017<\/strong>\u00a0has been another landmark year for\u00a0Ministry of Sound<\/strong>, one of the longest running and most respected dance floors in all of electronic music. Now the club is pleased to announce its\u00a0Autumn\/Winter season<\/strong>\u00a0with the likes of\u00a0Louie Vega, Fritz Kalkbrenner,\u00a0Klingande<\/strong>, plus a very special\u00a026th Birthday<\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a0DJ Harvey, Session Victim, Harvey Sutherland, In Flagrante<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Justin Berkmann.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the last 9 months,\u00a0Ministry of Sound\u00a0<\/strong>has continued to lead from the from the front. Its poly-sexual, anything goes and hedonistic flagship residency\u00a0Glitterbox<\/strong>\u00a0continues to serve up plenty of surprises and magical memories.\u00a0Marshmello<\/strong>\u00a0made his UK debut at the club back in February and\u00a0Jonas Blue<\/strong>\u00a0also played a much talked about headline slot.<\/p>\n

The Hydra<\/strong>\u00a0are about to embark on a stripped back and heady new series\u00a0In Stereo<\/strong>,\u00a0which is set to showcase some of the world\u2019s most talented producers playing on one of the planet\u2019s best sound systems. Featuring the producers who inspire alternative culture, expect the interesting and unusual (check\u00a0DVS1<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Danny Tenaglia’s<\/strong>\u00a0shared billing for the first time in London), a legendary an\u00a0all-night set from Theo Parrish<\/strong>\u00a0and a rare treat with\u00a0Carl Craig going b2b\u00a0with\u00a0Moodymann<\/strong>\u00a0followed by\u00a0Daphni b2b Floating Points.<\/strong>\u00a0As such, these six events are unrivalled and will feature a closing party line-up where\u00a0Omar-S<\/strong>\u00a0will be joined by five other names.\u00a0The Hydra<\/strong>\u00a0return to\u00a0Ministry of Sound<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0In Stereo<\/strong>\u00a0following their debut at the club earlier this year when\u00a0Innversions<\/strong>\u00a0boss\u00a0Dixon<\/strong>\u00a0took them on an all-night journey.<\/p>\n

To celebrate all this, the date for the sure to be spectacular\u00a026th birthday is September 30th.<\/strong>\u00a0It will see\u00a0DJ Harvey<\/strong>\u2014who has been resident throughout the year and will have played\u00a0four dates<\/strong>\u00a0in all come Christmas\u2014play all night long in the\u00a0Box<\/strong>. As such, expect the rule-breaking and one-of-a-kind selector to pull out all his trademark tricks and unpredictable selections on the night. In\u00a0103<\/strong>, deep house stars\u00a0Session Victim<\/strong>, melody maker\u00a0Harvey Sutherland<\/strong>, disco dons\u00a0In Flagrante<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Ministry founder\u00a0Justin Berkmann<\/strong>\u00a0will all be playing.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere throughout the next three months,\u00a0People From Ibiza<\/strong>\u00a0return with\u00a0Klingande<\/strong>, German house pin-up\u00a0Fritz Kalkbrenner<\/strong>\u00a0plays a much anticipated debut set with guests\u00a0CamelPhat<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Russ Yallop<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0October 7th<\/strong>, the ever colourful\u00a0Glitterbox<\/strong>\u00a0returns on\u00a0October 14th<\/strong>\u00a0with non-other than\u00a0New York house pioneer Louie Vega<\/strong>\u00a0(and again on December 9th with guest TBA) and there is a ghoulish and freaky Halloween planned with\u00a0Veryverywrongindeed on October 28th.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In November, mainstay house label\u00a0Defected<\/strong>\u00a0also throw a party on the\u00a04th<\/strong>, soulful house crew\u00a0Groove Odyssey<\/strong>\u00a0have an\u00a08th birthday\u00a0<\/strong>with disco edit extraordinaire\u00a0Dimitri From Paris<\/strong>\u00a0headlining on the\u00a011th<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Audio Rehab\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0underground deep tech house sound returns on the\u00a018th.<\/strong><\/p>\n

December welcomes scratch king\u00a0A-Trak<\/strong>\u00a0playing at\u00a0Together<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0DJ Harvey<\/strong>\u00a0signing off for the year at the last show before\u00a0Xmas<\/strong>.\u00a0Rinse\u00a0<\/strong>are back with their stacked\u00a0Boxing Day<\/strong>\u00a0line up and\u00a0MOS<\/strong>\u00a0will be closing off the year with another of their\u00a0NYE extravaganzas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to be an action packed, vital and varied few months at\u00a0Ministry of Sound<\/strong>\u00a0as the year closes out. With its world famous sound system and focus on the details, there is nowhere better to keep yourself warm as the nights draw in and the cold begins to snap.<\/p>\n
