{"id":25511,"date":"2018-04-04T14:11:22","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T14:11:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiestaybullshit.com\/?p=25511\/"},"modified":"2018-04-13T21:16:49","modified_gmt":"2018-04-13T21:16:49","slug":"the-zoo-project-to-move-from-saturdays-to-sundays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiestaybullshit.com\/en\/the-zoo-project-to-move-from-saturdays-to-sundays\/","title":{"rendered":"THE ZOO PROJECT TO MOVE FROM SATURDAYS TO SUNDAYS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ibiza\u2019s most iconic weekly festival &#8211; <strong>THE ZOO PROJECT,<\/strong> will move from Saturdays to Sundays in 2018!\u00a0The daytime open-air event will be held at the old abandoned zoo Benimussa Park every Sunday from May 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0until October 7<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0<strong>THE ZOO PROJECT\u2019s<\/strong> unique carnival concept brings together the world\u2019s leading house and techno DJs and art performers to four outdoor arenas in a truly\u00a0mind-blowing setting.\u00a0The festival is a must-do for island regulars and international visitors thanks to it\u2019s hedonistic vibes on the dancefloors, family ethos, swimming pool, market and food stalls, holistic centre, hidden corners, secret gardens, VIP area and much more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The opening party\u00a0on May 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0will feature an exclusive Back To Back performance from Visionquest label\u2019s founding member SHAUN REEVES and his label mate LAURA JONES.\u00a0<\/strong>This will be the first time ever the pair have played together, and will kick start a series of special back to back sets at The Zoo Project this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Shaun and Laura will be joined by some of the island\u2019s most loved and respected talents, championing the cutting edge of electronic music.\u00a0Highpath label founders STEPHANE GHENACIA and THOMAS ROLAND play back to back and long-serving Zoo Project resident MILLER rounds out the lineup in the TREE HOUSE. Ibiza favourites MATE are back to take control of the LIVING ROOM from open to close. JEANCEDRIC will be celebrating 20 years of\u00a0DJ-ing in Ibiza this summer, and will play in the RABBIT HOLE alongside Italy\u2019s LUCA SERRA until the early hours. And as always with Zoo Project expect a few big surprises along the way!<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201cThe Zoo Project creates a medium of forward thinking performance and sound, while welcoming the music stars of now and the future, including some of my favourite DJs.
