{"id":30356,"date":"2019-04-17T07:55:41","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T07:55:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiestaybullshit.com\/?p=30356"},"modified":"2019-04-17T07:55:41","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T07:55:41","slug":"amnesia-presents-do-not-sleep-announces-7-exclusive-friday-dates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiestaybullshit.com\/en\/amnesia-presents-do-not-sleep-announces-7-exclusive-friday-dates\/","title":{"rendered":"AMNESIA PRESENTS &#038; DO NOT SLEEP ANNOUNCES 7 EXCLUSIVE FRIDAY DATES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Arguably the biggest night of the week, Fridays at Amnesia will be taking on a new form in 2019 as the iconic nightclub\u2019s international <strong><em>\u2018Amnesia Presents\u2019<\/em><\/strong>event brand teams up with the island\u2019s favourite straight-through-crew, <strong>Do Not Sleep<\/strong>, for an exclusive run of seven dates during the season.<\/p>\n<p>Launching <strong>Friday May 17<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> with a serious statement of intent, the terrace will see Barcelona heavyweight, <strong>Hector,<\/strong> joined by <strong>Technasia, <\/strong>as well as <strong>Neverdogs<\/strong>and award-winning Ibiza favourite, <strong>Iban Mendoza. <\/strong>\u00a0Overseeing the club room, <strong>Do Not Sleep<\/strong> have lined up an extended four-hour B2B between <strong>Darius<\/strong><strong>Syrossian<\/strong> and <strong>Sidney Charles<\/strong>, with support coming from <em>We Are The Brave\u2019s<\/em> <strong>Ronnie Spiteri<\/strong>, <strong>Seb Zito<\/strong> and <strong>Jay Nortown<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Following a blistering year taking the <strong><em>Amnesia Presents<\/em><\/strong> parties around the world, the time has come for the team to return to base to do what they do best and show the island how the most famous terrace in the world ought to look when the festivities are in full swing. Though the rest of the line-ups are still to be announced, you can be sure that the scene\u2019s biggest names will be situated in the infamous booth, whilst <strong>Do Not Sleep<\/strong> take charge of the club room with their inimitable brand of underground house and techno following their acclaimed debut season at the club last year.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership comes amidst a whirlwind of change on the island, but aims to turn the focus on Friday nights at Amnesia to a solid team of residents between the two rooms, alongside a carefully selected run of headliners of the calibre that clubbers have come to expect from the world\u2019s best-known night club. Speaking about the partnership, Do Not Sleep\u2019s Neil Evans said:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLast summer we found our perfect home in Amnesia\u2019s Club Room and there was no way that we could see ourselves settling for anything less than that this year.
