Octan Ibiza offers an alternative to Ibiza&#8217;s traditional club experience, something more intimate and personal, more welcoming and inclusive. Its aim is to bring a bit of culture back into club culture through a more creative approach to both the club environment and the music programme.<\/p>\n<p>Occupying the old <strong>Sankeys Ibiza<\/strong> venue, they have maintained the essence of the building&#8217;s aesthetics, stripping it of the club&#8217;s most essential elements, dark rooms lit with subtle light schemes and resonating with finely tuned sound systems.<\/p>\n<p>In the first phase, the first weekly residences will also be put into operation and specialised one-off events will be held. They will work on a more selective program in <strong>2019<\/strong>, focusing our events on <strong>Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays<\/strong>, devoting our energies to making those nights work, focusing on quality over quantity. Plans are already underway for larger developments for both the venue and our events, a larger scale remodel and the full programme will be unveiled in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The main residences and guests of the event will be announced sequentially in the coming weeks. <strong>Ryan O Gorman<\/strong> will be Octan Ibiza&#8217;s musical director and resident DJ, <strong>Stephan Ghenacia, Lindsey Matthews and Kellie Allen<\/strong> will join him as the first resident DJs to be announced.
