As the story goes they met in a club in Detroit where Bone was playing the warm up set. So impressed was Garnier by his skills he brought him to Europe for his first show outside the US at the infamous\u00a0<strong>Rex Club<\/strong>\u00a0in Paris.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In keeping with this tradition of mentoring artists,\u00a0<strong>DJ Bone and Friends<\/strong>\u00a0isn&#8217;t just about bringing the biggest names from the underground to you, but also offering a platform for up and coming talent that he feels deserves the same opportunities his peers gave him early in his career. Since relocating to Amsterdam in 2016\u00a0<strong>DJ Bone<\/strong>\u00a0has made the city his second home and this is his opportunity to shine a light on some of the city&#8217;s most exciting talents.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong id=\"m_-62088946749147681m_-4889717635226586252docs-internal-guid-15901274-7fff-cfd0-f661-ce1b56585bcb\">\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Red Light Radio<\/strong>\u00a0and Amsterdam native\u00a0<strong>Nathan Surreal<\/strong>\u00a0will take to the decks. Alongside him will be\u00a0<strong>Mary Lake<\/strong>\u00a0whose set at Dekmantel 2019 was one of the highlights.\u00a0<strong>Fafi Abdel Nour<\/strong>\u00a0co-founder of the LHBTQ concept\u00a0<strong>HOMOOST<\/strong>\u00a0in Groningen is also playing. While\u00a0<strong>MR. Freddy &amp; Andy<\/strong>\u00a0will complete the line up in the second\u00a0<strong>\u2018Cafe\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0room at\u00a0<strong>Radion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>This rounds out the first run of\u00a0<strong>DJ Bone and Friends<\/strong>\u00a0shows taking place in 2020. With club stops in Amsterdam and Antwerp. Festival Stage Takeovers in Gwalior India and Nijmegen.
