Since opening its doors in 2017, Printworks London<\/strong> has grown to become an iconic space for club culture in London, with countless labels, crews, collectives, DJs, live acts, visual artists and creators finding a home in the impressive industrial ex-factory that became Printworks.<\/p>\n

As Printworks<\/strong> announce their final season<\/strong> for the foreseeable future, the team reveal their strongest season to date running across Spring \/ Summer 2023. Delivering a mix of legendary parties like Hospitality, Defected,<\/strong> and DnB Allstars<\/strong> to new Printworks additions and breakout brands such as queer celebration Body Movements, Piano People<\/strong>, and much more – this final season unites sounds from all corners to represent the journey that Printworks has been on in the past six years, and all who have been involved along the way.<\/p>\n

On top of long-established names, Printworks\u2019 final run<\/em> also includes rising groups making bold moves. For the final season, they invite UK\u2019s pioneering queer festival Body Movements<\/strong> to host their first Winter edition, with a selection of 14 crews holding it repping some of the finest sounds from the queer club movement. The rapidly growing Amapiano<\/strong> movement will be represented by Piano People<\/strong>, who invite Uncle Waffles<\/strong> to headline with heavy hitters of all female talent to mark International Women\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n

Featuring heavily on the final season\u2019s roster is a mix of solid-gold DnB and bass-heavy shows exploring the full spectrum of the genre, including the legendary\u00a0DnB Allstars<\/strong>\u00a0who bring a hefty bill featuring\u00a04k, Mollie Collins, Sub Zero<\/strong>\u00a0and more.\u00a0Hospitality<\/strong>\u00a0brings the largest line up of the season with over 20+ label friends and fam TBA, then\u00a0Let It Roll\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0event features\u00a0Camo & Krooked<\/strong>, Critical Soundsystem<\/strong>\u00a0and guests. From jump-up to liquid, there\u2019s a mix of everything for any DnB die-hards. On a bass music tip,\u00a0Worried about Henry<\/strong>\u00a0returns with a banger featuring\u00a0Hybrid Minds, Kanine, Friction, Skepsis (DnB set)<\/strong>\u00a0and more.<\/p>\n

On top of all this, there\u2019ll be experimental live \/ classical shows from Aurora Orchestra and Southbank Centre<\/strong>, and the London Symphony Orchestra<\/strong>, working with artist Soweto Kinch to present White Juju<\/strong> – a show inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement exploring themes of politics and racial discrimination. These unique shows will use the vast industrial space to explore soundscapes, and exploded orchestras. For those with tastes leaning more to the left, Printworks\u2019 final season includes a weighty Easter takeover from The Hydra<\/strong>. For their venue swansong, they have invited five iconic institutions who have shaped different underground movements, playing a pivotal role in club culture history. These include fabric<\/strong>, FWD>>, Plastic People, Tresor and That\u2019s How It Is!<\/strong> Representing what each institution stands for, the line ups will feature talent old and new to recreate their ethos.<\/p>\n

Plans for the closing weekend of the venue\u2019s lifespan will take place across Friday 28th – Monday 1st May 2023. Line ups will be announced at a later date.<\/strong><\/p>\n
