Ibiza\u2019s most intoxicating house music night begins a new era this summer. Enigmatic DJ and producer Claptone<\/strong> and iconic nightspot Amnesia<\/strong> announce the homecoming of one of Ibiza\u2019s most celebrated and unique events, \u2018The Masquerade\u2019<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 bringing more magic and mystery to the White Isle than ever before.<\/p>\n

Ibiza has become the spiritual home of Claptone<\/strong> and ‘The Masquerade’<\/em><\/strong>, with a residency on the island since 2018. \u2018The Masquerade\u2019<\/em> takeovers were originally born at Amnesia – as Claptone says, \u201cI am excited to return to Amnesia this year as it\u2019s where I started ‘The Masquerade\u2018 in Ibiza – so it\u2019s a sort of a homecoming for me! I can\u2019t wait to return for another unforgettable season on the White Isle!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

It\u2019s huge news for the island, with one of its most beloved parties relocating to one of its most iconic clubs for Tuesdays<\/strong> on the Amnesia Terrace<\/strong>. Coming off its most successful and attended season to date last year, \u2018The Masquerade\u2019 has showcased world exclusive B2Bs from the likes of Purple Disco Machine, Diplo, Wade<\/strong> and Fatboy Slim<\/strong>. The brand has also seen great success exporting Ibiza to the rest of the world, with sold out shows in destinations from Mexico City to Malaga to Medellin to Miami to Manchester. Other DJs to have graced the stage include John Summit, MK, James Hype, Dom Dolla, Vintage Culture, Armand Van Helden, Meduza, Faithless<\/strong> and Pete Tong.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working in tandem with Amnesia and HE.SHE.THEY.<\/strong>, who will occupy the main room<\/em>, \u2018The Masquerade\u2019 now lays the foundations for a new era with fresh artists, incredible production and theatrics that draw on the club\u2019s rich Ibizan history, while Claptone\u2019s beloved musical curation and peerless DJ sets draw in the crowds.<\/p>\n
