GIACOMO PUCCINI, LUCIANO PAVAROTTI On Sant Antoni’s iconic sunset promenade, Space Eat & Dance turns every golden hour into a celebration with DJ sets and live music, a crafted cocktail program, and a Mediterranean kitchen by Chef Bruno on a spacious seafront terrace. A place where landscape, sound, and cuisine meet to see the day off in style. Behind the project is Pepe Roselló (Sant Antoni, 1936), the creator and soul of Space Ibiza, a key figure in the island’s musical history and a lifelong music lover. His career is tied to sustained civic commitment and public advocacy for a more sustainable island. With Space Eat & Dance, Pepe pays tribute to the open-minded, creative, and spontaneous Ibiza of the past and sets out to be a catalyst for change in response to the hyper-commercial, unsustainable drift of recent years. At the helm of day-to-day operations is director Miguel Maestro “the captain of the ship” working alongside Pepe to steer the venue’s team, programming and hospitality so that each sunset runs with seafaring precision and warm Ibizan spirit. The booth at Space Eat & Dance blends local talent and international guests. This season’s local residents include Darren Martin, Dubsea, Ramón Castells, PK Afrobeat, Secretario and Yawä//Zē; the booth has also welcomed international artists such as Josh Wink, alongside legends like Louie Vega and Todd Terry.
