En mi casa de Benín, teníamos radios en todas las habitaciones y escuchábamos una gran variedad de música, no solo africana, sino también francesa, latina, etc. La música fue un componente vital de mi educación. I’ve played a vast spectrum of shows this summer, from major festivals to club shows to VIP events, and I’m grateful for all the opportunities. AS EXPECTED, YOUR SOUND EXUDES A DEEP AFRICAN INSPIRATION. WHAT WERE THE SOUNDS AND RHYTHMS LIKE IN YOUR CHILDHOOD? I grew up around all different types of music; Africa a very sound-driven culture.
