TIME LOST:

GEM FEST SET TO TAKE PLACE ON THE PARADISE GREEK ISLAND OF ZAKYNTHOS

One of Europe’s most beautiful festivals GEM Fest is back bigger than ever in 2020 and for the first time lands in Europe from 7th to 9th August on a paradise-like Greek island called Zakynthos. The first wave of names to play this breathtaking beach escape includes Paul Van Dyk and ATB, Swanky Tunes, dOP (live), Onur Ozur, Andrea Ferlin, Marikhi and Efim Kerbut amongst many more.

GEM Fest 2020 is set to be a very rare chance to get away to an unreal location and dance in safety. The country has been declared exempt from all travel bans because of its low number of COVID-19 cases meaning you can head out and back without the need to self-isolate at either end. The festival will have full safety measures in place, with testing and much more so the message is loud and clear: Come to Greece!

Ready to recalibrate? At GEM Fest you will feel as if you’re on the set of a high-budget film, starring you. The backdrop, the soundtrack. Fully alive, immersed in the insane natural beauty of Greece, world class music, new friendships and high vibes. The location is mythic: Keri village of Zakynthos is just being discovered by the outside world. It has sheer white cliffs dropping into seas of milky blue and sapphire, the wild beauty of ancient stony hills, pine and cedar forests, 1000-year old olive groves, agate beaches, a fishing harbor, coves with green pools and wind-sculpted boulders, luminous underwater caves, the iconic beach at Marathonisi Island and more that you can explore and discover on your trip.

Free busses from town, the airport, Laganas resort and the Keri harbor will bring you to a mountain venue, with 360-degree views of forests, the village, the sea, a lighthouse, voted one of the world’s best sunset spots. You will meet kindred souls, enjoy healing nature, free self-expression and have the time and space for your own epiphany. Add in the world famous food and healing qualities of the culture and landscapes and you have an idyllic getaway.
