TIME LOST:

AUCTION KEITH FLINT’S BELONGINGS TO PAY OFF THEIR DEBTS

The personal items belonging to Keith Flint of The Prodigy have been sold at auction for a grand total of £347,750 to pay off all his debts.

We recall that the leader of The Prodigy was found dead in his Essex home in March this year at the age of 49. Announced as The Keith Flint Collection, Flint’s possessions were divided into 171 lots and sold at Cheffins in Cambridge.

Among the items on sale are his gold records, his NME awards, a made-to-measure bed, a two-handed sword from the late 20th century, his record collection, some motorcycle skins and various pieces of jewelry.

In addition to reflecting Flint’s musical career, the items that were auctioned also showed his most personal interests including his love of sport and the art of motocross.

Because the auction was due to begin at 6 p.m., it was forced to begin 20 minutes after Cheffins’ website collapsed due to the large number of online bidders competing for a place in line to bid on the deceased leader’s belongings.
