TIME LOST:

AVA BELFAST RETURNS FOR 2024 MARKING 10 YEARS OF MUSIC AND VISUAL ARTS.

Over the past decade, Belfast-born AVA (Audio Visual Arts) has cemented itself as one of the most innovative music communities in the world. Starting in 2014 as a 1,500 person capacity festival in an old shipping warehouse, AVA has now grown into a name synonymous with the electronic music movement globally, for amplifying the music, cultural and grassroots creativity in Ireland, the UK and beyond. Taking place from 31st May to 1st June 2024 at the iconic Titanic Slipways.

To mark the ten years milestone, the 2024 edition of AVA will make a statement about the past, present and future. Bringing together an extended network of festival friends and family from over the years, alongside the hottest talent–this edition will focus on unity, a nod to the values that have been at the heart of AVA since its inception. Over 10,000 guests will join the festivities across the weekend, and promises the highest quality of programming, production and most importantly an electrifying energy.

Always flying the flag for the local community, there’ll be plenty of talent from the North and South of Ireland on the bill to showcase the strength of the local sound and cultural movement in Belfast and extended Ireland and beyond. From their emerging talent competitions to their revered conference programme, AVA will always amplify the wider creative community, giving it an opportunity to grow, develop and shine as bright as possible.
