KALA ANNOUNCE NEW SEPTEMBER DATES FOR THE ALBANIAN RIVIERA FESTIVAL

From 1st – 8th September 2021, the sprawling beach coves of Dhërmi, will spring to life with sun-soaked sounds for Kala Festival’s paradise week of adventure, music and wellbeing on the stunning Abanian Riviera.

The expertly curated lineup has now been revealed, with live, sunset performances from legendary soul diva, Jocelyn Brown and iconic 808 State topping bill. Adding to the live roster, Kelly Lee Owens, Alfa Mist, Gigi Masin, Erika de Casier, London Afrobeat Collective, Yu Su, Mount Liberation Unlimited, S.Moreira & band, Sven Atterton and Fehdah make for a diverse offering with ample opportunity to discover exciting new sounds.

Electronic music pioneers 808 State share top billing. With numerous releases on Aphex Twin’s Rephlex Records, their 1989 release ‘Pacific State’ remains an iconic classic to this day. Adding to the live roster, Kelly Lee Owens’ dreamy techno pop, Alfa Mist’s modern take on Jazz, ambient maestro Gigi Masin, rising r&b star Erika de Casier, London Afrobeat Collective, Yu Su, Mount Liberation Unlimited, S.Moreira & band, Sven Atterton and Fehdah make for a diverse offering with ample opportunity to discover exciting new sounds.

Expert selectors, Palms Trax, Joy Orbison, Young Marco plus a special secret guest will each play extended, five-hour sets, taking festival-goers on a sonic voyage beneath the star-studded skies to dance through the night until dawn.

From low-slung lazy beach days, to irradiant party vibes on the dancefloor, Kala have assembled some of the finest DJs to provide an unforgettable summer soundtrack. Jayda G, Antal, Prosumer, Tama Sumo, Shanti Celeste & Peach, Maurice Fulton, CC:Disco!, Psychemagik and Skee Mask are just some of the highlights, but with plenty of surprises and special sets on offer, there’s always something fun to discover.

All tickets include festival wristband and accommodation, with options ranging from exotic beach huts to 5* hotels.
