NEW NAMES ANNOUNCED FOR AVA BELFAST.

Belfast’s AVA has long been known as Northern Ireland’s premier outdoor music festival, championing local talent and inviting internationally renowned artists each year. Having sold out its London edition, AVA can now reveal another strong line-up of artists for 2023, with Peggy Gou, Ben UFO, Blawan, Or:la B2B Sally C, Funk Tribe, Spray, Optmst, Moregain and Jenna Daley joining the already huge line-up at the city’s best-loved festival this summer. AVA takes place on 2 and 3 June at the iconic Titanic Quarter Slipways, and tickets are available now at avafestival.com

An already gigantic line-up that features some of the world’s most esteemed artists and producers, including Kettama, Overmono, Eliza Rose, Hèctor Oaks, SPFDJ, Job Jobse, KI/KI and many more, all representing the electronic sounds of trance, techno, house, breaks and everything in between. AVA will also feature live performances from rap greats Central Cee and Slowthai, while Kojaque and EMBY will represent the Irish hip-hop contingent. AVA looks forward to welcoming the most eclectic range of sounds the festival has seen to date.

Always creating opportunities for those at the forefront of the current Irish movement, established and emerging local talent always plays a key role in the programme, and this year is no different. Optmst, Moregain and Jenna Daley join an already strong Irish roster that includes Holly Lester, EMBY, Jordan, Carlton Doom, Kessler, IAMNOTYOURMATE, and many more.

AVA, an essential event for culture across the North and South of Ireland as well as the UK mainland, is the first large-scale multi-stage event representing a modern Belfast, promoting the growing community and beyond.
