TIME LOST:

SÓNAR COMPLETES ITS 30TH ANNIVERSARY MUSIC PROGRAMME.

On 15, 16 and 17 June, Sónar will celebrate its 30th anniversary in Barcelona with more than 100 musical performances, including live concerts and DJ sets. Today the spectacular shows of Aphex Twin, Bad Gyal, Little Simz and Eric Prydz with their project HOLO -the most powerful immersive audiovisual show of the moment worldwide-, as well as the acclaimed DJ and producer Black Coffee, join the lineup.

They join the already announced BICEP live, Fever Ray, Amelie Lens, Peggy Gou, The Blessed Madonna, Solomun, Laurent Garnier, Richie Hawtin and many more.

Today also sees the first names announced for the most interactive edition of Sónar+D to date, with the vast majority of activities open to the general public at Sónar by Day. Under the same roof as the DJs and concerts, this year’s programme will explore hot topics: AI and its implications for art and society at large, the climate emergency and how creators are responding to it, and creative processes and practices. As always, the programme will explore the changing relationships between technology, research, creativity, artistic experimentation and cultural innovation.

Programmes and individual tickets for Friday night and Saturday are now available. All tickets are on sale here.
