Intro to Music Theory – It’s An Attitude

International DJs and producers Matt Waters and Matthew Busch, aka Intro to Music Theory, have been on an eclectic musical journey since their days as musicians in Los Angeles, these Southern California-born, Hainan-based musicians have accumulated a lot of experience. in a multitude of genres, first in the classical and jazz worlds in the United States, and then as electronic artists and producers in China.

Now they’re back on the radar for new releases with another old-school jazz-influenced track, “It’s An Attitude.”

This latest single follows the success of their debut album, “First Inversion” from early 2021, and it is also the first single before leaving for a tour in the United States and Europe in the summer of 2022. The pair offer an exciting preview of what to expect from them with “It’s An Attitude”, available from January 14, 2022 to listen to on all streaming platforms.

The track begins with this artist couple’s signature brand, trumpet sound, and an infectious beat that prompts the listener to move. The funky, jazzy and fusion of electronic and acoustic elements result in a mix that perfectly encapsulates the sound of the duo.
